1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 Tablespoons celery, chopped
3 Tablespoons Green Pepper, chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, stewed
6 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 Teaspoon oregano
1/8 Teaspoon basil
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon rosemary
1. Saute` onion, celery, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
2. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir in seasonings.
3. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occassionally. Use immediately or refrigerate.
